I will edit this to add future experiences, but so far, it's working great!
I received it today, washed it, and made sweet potatoes. The sweet potato went a little above the edge of the steamer basket, but the machine worked perfectly to steam it! It didn't take long, I think less than 10 minutes but I wasn't watching the clock, and it was all well steamed. I put it all into the processor cup, which I think was a little too much. I pureed most of it, then started spooning it into an ice cube tray. I found a few chunks at the bottom so I popped the blade part back on and finished pureeing it. It worked really well.
The only problem I noticed was that during the steaming, it leaked some water onto the counter. I'm not sure if I maybe filled it a little too full? So I will watch for this in future.
So far, I'm very pleased! I know there shouldn't be much to sweet potato though, so I will update this if I find anything different!
