I placed this order on April 7, 2009 the package did not arrive by delivery; the package was damaged in delivery. The single piece of tape that was place on top of the package was damaged. The box was splitting in half and the items almost came out of the bottom of the package. The items were damaged from the box being to large for them and the stuffing did not work.

I am the kool-aid, tang, and lemonade mom on the block. I order this product about 3 times a year for my family and my kids friends. The cannisters always arrive in great condition. The kool-aid mix is never clumpy as you would expect when shipped in heat or cold. The directions for mixing are clearly printed on the label and a scoop is included with each cannister. My youngest son prefers this over lemonade and it fills his sippy cup at least once a day.
